Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a condition wherein a person is suffering from severe tiredness and weariness. Medications: Antidepressants are well-known to help improve sleep and relieve depression. Many people suffering from panic disorders rely on anti-anxiety drugs, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which get the job done and help in improvising stress and overall condition. However, do not opt for strong stimulants as they might have a reverse effect by triggering the everyday cycle.
There are no specific guidelines as to how to prevent CFS as the cause of its origin is unknown. However, there are ways in which you can deal with it. The aforementioned methods would help you successfully deal with CFS.
